“Dr. Perlman is a skilled physician for cosmetic fillers. He knows what you need and how much to use. In 15 years of getting some type of filler or Botox I have bruised horribly ..I have no bruises from Dr. Perlman and that is remarkable. I had none from my first visit as well.
